ABOUT THE DANCE
Ecstatic Dance – 3 Simple Guidelines
1. Dance Barefoot: Connect more fully with the ground. Socks are welcome. Dance shoes for medical needs are okay too.
2. Dance Without Words: Move with body language. This helps us drop into a meditative state. No talking on the dance floor, no verbal instruction. Conversations encouraged at the tea lounge or off the dance floor.
3. Dance As You Are: Yes to presence. Yes to being yourself. Please, no alcohol or drugs, no phones, no photography, no strong scents. Bring respect for yourself, the space, and each other.

Please email us to confirm volunteer spots
Volunteers are welcome to show up an hour before the door is open. 9 AM on Sundays or 6 PM on Wednesdays. You help set up for an hour as a work trade in exchange for free admission to that dance. Alternatively, you can pay admission and dance and then break down and receive a dance pass good for a future dance.
